"CASE"ing Willy

my card
I'm "case"ing Willy Anderson at Stampotique

Willy's card you can see more of her stuff just
The challenge at Stampotique is to CASE a Stampotique Designer, I chose Willy Andersons card, I love what she did with the colors.  I had to make  some substitutions, here's what I did

inks used although it looks like she may have used mists

sponged all over then sprayed with water lightly
not sure which embossing folder she used
but this is what I used, I ran it through the big shot

I didn't have the stamp she used so I use Gooseneck

and of  course I had to have wings, so the best
I could do is to make them out of Sheer's hair, a stamp borrowed
from my BFF which also loves Stampotique

and finally used this punch at the bottom
So what'da think, did I come close??

I am enter this in the following challenge

Stampotique  case a Stampotique Designer
Craft Your Passion anything goes + no dsp
The Stampman texture
(Neil said a simple embossing folder can have a big impact, I agree)
If The Shoe Fits,,,  anything goes
City Crafter colors of the rainbow

We're back

Before
After one side

After the other side

Dont'cha just love her

This is my altered jar, a salsa jar to begin with, I used my favorite green paper, This was the last little bit I had left, unless hidden somewhere on my neverending shelf of paper their lurks a stray piece, possible,  I don't know who made it, the paper that is.   I have had it for awhile.  You can't really see it in the photo but there is green sparkly on it .  the flowers and the chalk look a little yellow in the pic but they are green, a bright neon green.  The stamps are Stampotique  I am entering this at two fabulous blogs that have some awesome prizes!

Gingersnap  glorious green (green paper, flowers, chalking, coloring, leaves)
Gingersnap  favorite dsp (all gone, my green and black)
Stampotique  alter something (a salsa jar)
