How time .....

flys, fly's, flies, flys'  really, after all these years the things I forget, honestly none of these looked correct to me and I even went to the dictionary, not there, couldn't find it.  I found flyer, flown, flew not what I'm looking for,  I know enough grammar to get me through (apparently not) but this one escapes me.  Feel free to correct me, I don't mind at all and maybe, just maybe I will remember it for next time.  All products used SU.  I am entering this (in no particular order) at:

For the Boys

I made these for the boys for Easter, they are older so they get the humor about the black jelly beans (basket on left is Dustin Pike image, basket on right is Bugboo).  I made the basket from a circle punch for base and strips of cs I weaved for the basket  (I was very impressed with myself, I had never done this before).  Colored with chalks, copics, prismas, SU saying and punch, studio G glitter glue.  I used Georgia Pacific paper for my images (only because of the cost) I really can't say if it's my favorite since it's all I have ever used. I would love to try Cryogen White from  Paper Temptress .  I am entering this (in no particular order) at:

Sorry if the bigger pics are slower to load or take up so much space when I upload the smaller ones they come out all blurry,  I would think it would be reversed, but the bigger pictures look so much better.  Yes, it's Natasha again from SCACD this is the bigger one, there are two Natasha stamps.  I colored with copics and prismas, stickles, chalk.  Background paper from Digital Crea from the Dream With Me set.  I love the monochromatic look of the card, I can't wait to use these papers and stamp on a scrapbook page.  I am entering this (in no particular order) at :

Yay, another page

I finally got another page for my brother done, only 2 months left to finish and about 25 years to go!  The journal block is left blank so my mom can fill in the info.  I followed a sketch from Frosted Designs
The flowers are handmade from scraps of white cs, I used su.  die and punches, sprayed with homeade glimmer mist to match the flowers in the bouquet, I think I did pretty good matching the colors, I crumpled and dried them then added diamond dust.and a pearl.  I used spellbinders for the picture hangers and journal block, the die cut in top right is su   I am entering this at

Natasha

Thats the name of this stamp I got from SCACD from Faerie Song Art Stamps.  I have ordered several times from SCACD and have always been exceptionally pleased, I love the little goody bag I get each time and the candies make me feel special, silly I know.  Anyway she has great stuff, go check it out.  I used my new TH embossing folder for this one, I love that too!  The flowers are hand made and it's TH broken china ink. I colored her with copics.  I am entering this at

Black and Blue

This one took me a little time to make, I started out with a plain wooden tray, I put a layer of gesso and two coats of black arcrylic paint on.  I cut out the lattice type background in black cs and backed that with white cs.  I stamped and colored image with copics, prismas and pencils, I backed that with black, white, black scalloped and white scalloped cs which  I painted blue  and backed all that with tulle and added pearl dots with pearl pen.  I handmade all the flowers which I painted, sponged and glimmer spritzed.  I hand made all the beads at the bottom (except for large stone. I added pearl lace ribbon and a button to the top left corner and a pearl button, silver box, key, ball , bead and flower gem to the right bottom corner.  I also added a string of pearls to the bottom.  It is hard to see but the beads are hanging form a chain that is the same as the whole picture is hanging from.  I added the butterfly, made the bow at the top, added a button and tassle. This is my altered project I created and entered into the Sweet Pea final challenge there were two other entries if you would like to see them go here.  I do believe I also qaulify for these challenges, check them out
