I finally got another page for my brother done, only 2 months left to finish and about 25 years to go! The journal block is left blank so my mom can fill in the info. I followed a sketch from Frosted Designs
The flowers are handmade from scraps of white cs, I used su. die and punches, sprayed with homeade glimmer mist to match the flowers in the bouquet, I think I did pretty good matching the colors, I crumpled and dried them then added diamond dust.and a pearl. I used spellbinders for the picture hangers and journal block, the die cut in top right is su I am entering this at
Frosted Design - followed the sketch
Crop Suey - handmade embellie from scraps
The Shabby Tea Room - photo inspiration plus doily or lace
The Paper Variety - use flowers
Frosted Design - handmade embellie
Crafts and Me - ribbon, (there is white ribbon on top of gray scalloped lace border punch)
2 Sisters Challenge - bingo, flowers, pearls, ribbon
Tuesday Throwdown - sparkle or bling
Clear it Out - flowers
Anything Goes Challenge - pearls
Scrap it with a Song - ace of base, the sign, there is a shot of a man and woman sitting in chairs with a heart silhouette and the woman leaves and the man hangs his head, also the lyric why do I bother when your not the one for me (this marriage ended, don't cry though, he saw the sign and moved on, everything happens for a reason and it all turned out good)
